Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AsinSift (asinsift.com), operated by Mike's FBA LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AsinSift is a software-as-a-service platform that provides Advanced Amazon product research and analysis. The service scans Amazon product listings, analyzes reviews and images automatically models, and generates scored shortlists of product opportunities.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use AsinSift. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

AsinSift requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party services (including Amazon Product Advertising API and OpenRouter). You are solely responsible for compliance with those services' terms of use. We are not liable for any costs, charges, or issues arising from your use of third-party APIs.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate Amazon's terms of service or any third-party API terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell or redistribute service outputs without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

AsinSift, including its code, design, algorithms, and branding, is the property of Mike's FBA LLC. You retain ownership of your input data (search terms, API keys) and the research outputs generated for your account. You may use your outputs for any lawful business purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AsinSift is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product data, scores, or recommendations. Product research involves inherent risk, and AsinSift outputs should not be considered financial or business advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mike's FBA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
